2. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winner will be notified in writing, email, phone using the contact details provided in their entry.

3. WINNER PUBLICATION 

The winners will be publication in local paper and on social media platforms.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter patrons must fill in the registration entry form provided on www.businessgreaterhamilton.com.au/buylocal/

5. NUMBER OF ENTRIES PER ENTRANT

An entrant will be limited to one registration per person/transaction.

6. COST OF ENTRY

No cost to enter

7. DURATION

This competition commences on Monday 21st November and concludes on Wednesday 21st December

8. DRAW TO DETERMINE WINNER

Southern Grampians Shire

Time: One winner will be randomly selected each week for four weeks and receive $ 1000 Hamilton Dollars.

Date: A weekly draw will take place on the following dates: Friday 2nd December, Friday 9th December, Friday 16 December, Wednesday 23 December  2022

There is only two prize to be drawn each week for the duration of the promotion.

The organiser’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.

10. PRIZE

$1000 Greater Hamilton Dollars to spend at local Southern Grampians Shire business/es of their choice.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.

11. NO QUALITY, ETC, REPRESENTATIONS

The organisers make no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes.

12. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not responsible or liable for:

• inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information,
• purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions,
• unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition,
• the electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition,
• any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the organisers, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner,
• any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

13. PUBLICITY

The winners consent to the use of their name, suburb of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes and agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Organisers.

14. HEADINGS

The headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

15. ENTIRE CONDITIONS

These conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the entry into and the conduct of this competition. Information about entrants may be used for a purpose other than the conduct of the lottery.
